Ocean City Extends Season For Beach Patrol, Farmers Market

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Summer isn’t quite over yet in Ocean City. The weekly farmers market will run for another month, and several beaches will remain guarded through much of September.

Here’s the Ocean City Beach Patrol’s schedule for the remainder of the season:

Guarded through Labor Day weekend:

  • Surf Road
  • North Street
  • Stenton Place
  • Delancey Place
  • Park Place
  • 5th Street
  • 7th Street (surfing)
  • 14th Street
  • 15th Street
  • 18th Street
  • 22nd Street
  • 24th Street
  • 26th Street
  • 28th Street
  • 30th Street
  • 32nd Street
  • 36th Street
  • 39th Street
  • 42nd Street
  • 44th Street
  • 46th Street
  • 50th Street

Guarded until Sept. 20:

  • Brighton Place
  • 10th Street
  • 11th Street

Guarded until Sept. 27:

  • St. Charles Place
  • 8th Street
  • 9th Street
  • 12th Street
  • 34th Street
  • 58th Street

The farmers market will take place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesdays through Sept. 30 at the Tabernacle Grounds. Face coverings are required.
