Everyone gets a bedroom, without the need for a "sleeper sofa"! You will love the multiple places to sit and relax. There are four exterior decks to choose from, 2 north facing, and 2 awning-adorned south facing. Some with shade, some with sun, and some with cabana lights to enjoy the evening air. You'll love the rooftop deck! The common area has new Carrera quartz counters, stainless appliances, banquette seating, and a very realistic custom electric fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with many convenience items, a citrus juicer, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig, foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, spices, cleaning supplies, trash/recycle bags, etc. The bar cabinet includes storage for wine, plus tools and glassware to make fabulous cocktails while on vacation! All bedrooms have TVs, are stocked with extra pillows, extra blankets, and quilts that are laundered at each turnover. There is even a quiet reading nook to sit and take in any of the numerous "Beach reads" found in our library. Games, puzzles, DVDs, and DVD players are all included. On site parking is available for two cars, 1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. The host provides 3 beach umbrellas, 5 beach chairs, boogie boards, 3 beach carts, and Beach toys. Washer and dryer are included. Feel free to utilize the outdoor shower when you return from the beach, as it has complementary shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. You will find this property to be clean, well kept, conveniently close to the beach/boardwalk, and stylishly decorated. Bring your own towels/pillow cases/sheets. No pets/smoking please. Service animals/ESA must be validated by the legal team at Petscreening two months prior to occupancy. No senior weekers, as primary occupants need to be over the age of 25. Sorry, no elevator.

This property has a north-end location. It is located within two block of the beach. The boardwalk with amusements, shopping and restaurants is nearby. Downtown shopping is also close. There is a causeway leading north out of Ocean City for easy access to Atlantic City and the casinos. There are tennis courts and a playground in the area.
