There are 32" flat screen smart TV's in two bedrooms and 55" in the living room. The kitchen and dining area are equipped to support a family of 8 with ceiling fans throughout. Our older design allows for complete street visibility from the front porch. Patio furniture includes table, variety of chairs and a porch swing popular with the small ones and great for adults. The storeroom in back has beach stuff and an umbrella with space for your personal items. We also have "from the beach" enclosed showers with hot and cold water for easy, comfortable and private rinsing. We are perfectly located, in a quiet neighborhood, two short blocks from the beach with lifeguard station. We include 6 beach tags for your family enjoyment. There is access to the boardwalk with a short stroll to shops, dining and entertainment.
This property is in a central location close to boardwalk amusements, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown shopping is also close. There is a municipal golf course in the area along with the Ocean City airport. Access in and out of Ocean City is by the 9th Street causeway.
