Although this weekend might not have the best beach weather, more of Ocean City’s beaches will have lifeguards. The Ocean City Beach Patrol will guard the following beaches beginning Saturday:

Beaches are guarded from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekends and holidays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. Per Governor Phil Murphy’s orders, officials ask beachgoers to stay at least 6 feet away from strangers and avoid large groups. Masks and face coverings are recommended.

The OCBP urges people to only swim at guarded beaches. If you have any questions, call 609-525-9200. Call 911 for emergencies.
