Farmers markets around Ocean City offer fresh produce along with local goods that are fun to shop for in the open venues.
The goods are very good, and Jersey is known for its produce, but you’ve got to show up to gather them at your local farmer’s market around Ocean City.
Local farmers markets, both outdoor and indoor, just keep growing in popularity. There is so much to draw us out. Local businesses can make a showing and it’s a chance to sample something. Artists and artisans may be displaying their work, and there’s often music.
Ocean City and much of South Jersey is lucky to have roadside produce stands. These are welcome sights that you’re sure to encounter on almost any road trip in the summer. When you reach Ocean City, you’ll find the farmers market starting Memorial Day weekend.
